1. Thorough Cleaning
Rinse away any remaining food with clean water. If necessary, gently scrub with a small amount of detergent.
Ensure the container surface is dry after cleaning to prevent residual oil from affecting subsequent processing.
2. Removing Non-Plastic Parts
Remove labels, tape, or other attachments from metal or plastic lids.
These parts should be disposed of separately in the corresponding metal or paper recycling bins.
3. Sorting and Disposal
Depending on the Plastic Food Containers material (commonly polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), place it in the recycling bin labeled "Plastic" or "Recyclable Plastic."
If required by your local recycling system, you can hand it over to a specialized plastic recycling company at a recycling center.
4. Precautions
Do Not Mix: Single-use foam plastics (such as polystyrene food containers) and non-recyclable plastic packaging should be disposed of directly in the trash.
Avoid Damage: Broken containers reduce their recycling value; try to keep them intact.
1. Temperature Range: Most disposable food containers (such as our company's PP containers) can be used safely in a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C.
2. Freezing Use: In freezing environments below -20°C, the containers maintain their structural integrity without cracking or leaking.
3. Refrigeration Use: Under refrigeration conditions of 0°C–4°C, there will also be no leakage or deformation.
